You’ll need a fedex.com user ID and password for FedEx Advanced Tracking and FedExInSight. If you don’t have a user ID and password, go to fedex.com to register.
To get FedEx Advanced Tracking:
Click on “Track.”
Then click on “Track Using My FedEx,” where you see all your shipping details.
Here, you can customize your tracking by adding filters, managing columns, adjusting features, and you can sign up to receive and pay your invoices online.
For FedEx InSight data:
Go to fedex.com, scroll over the “Track” tab and click on Access FedEx InSight.
You’ll be asked to answer a few questions, then FedEx InSight will send your request to your FedEx account executive for approval.
Once approved, you will receive an email notification.
Now that you have access to FedEx InSight, you can customize your settings, find a shipment, view inbound, outbound and third party shipments; and even tailor exactly what you see with Customized View Wizard.
